Warranty
Perlong guarantees new equipment other than accessories to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of eighteen months (six months for spare parts) from date of shipment under normal use and service. Our company's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing, at our company's option, any part which upon our company's examination proves defective.
For software upgrading and some small parts malfunction, Perlong can provide you for free but the freight is on the distributor' account.
Return Policy
Service Claim Procedure
Contact the Service Department by a Service Claim Form with detailed information of the problem. Please provide the model number, serial number, and a brief description of the reason for return, a clear picture for showing the problem is a better evidence.
Freight Policy
Within warranty period: The distributors/customer is responsible for the freight of the device which is shipped to Perlong for repair. Perlong is responsible for the freight from Perlong to the distributor/customer.
After warranty period: The customer undertakes any freight for returned device.
Technical Training
Perlong provides free technical & service training to the technical & sales staff of distributors for the related products and will further provide technical assistance via e-mail, Skype or by phone as requested by the distributors. Normally, the training will be performed in Nanjing China. The transportation and accommodation expenses are on the distributors' account.
However, if the order is big, like over 100 sets, our engineer will train for you in your company or on your requests. The transportation and accommodation expenses are on the Perlong's account.
